Al Ryum Group is proud to be the pioneers of the landscaping industry in the Middle East and has been executing commercial projects since the 1980s. So while many companies have established themselves in the sector over the years, Al Ryum Group is delighted to have been at the forefront of the industry and to have transformed the desert into an oasis!
However, Al Ryum Group has not sat back and rested on its laurels. Instead, it has diversified from a strictly landscape oriented company to a fully-fledged general contractor that today operates in more than five countries. In fact, Al Ryum Group has executed some of the UAE’s most technical and challenging infrastructure projects, as well as buildings, both civil and MEP. It is unprecedented for a company to be able to achieve these technical projects with such a short history in those fields, yet the UAE has provided a platform for ambitious companies to reach far beyond their perceived capacity and Al Ryum Group is proud to be one of those companies.
It has, for instance, executed approximately AED1 billion worth of projects at Dubai Parks and Resorts, encompassing everything from infrastructure, landscaping and building through to the design and build of water parks, the Legoland Dome, and the plant nursery. The company has also undertaken rollercoaster installations and major MEP installations. All of this has been achieved under one management structure in a record timeframe.
Al Ryum Group has found it very rewarding to have accomplished this extremely challenging mission on time and below budget, which is a perfect example of our ‘turnkey’ capabilities. The company is unique in the sense that it has the ability to mobilise quickly and create capable teams for any kind of project.
Diversification will be key to sustaining its positive in an ever-changing construction industry. Mastering core business competencies and focusing on quality and sustainability rather than volume is also at the heart of the Al Ryum Group ethos. Moreover, the company is enhancing its already efficient business divisions to be more competitive in the years ahead.
