Project Director Zeljko Grgurev, tells us about the MEP scope of works for The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences:

SPECON’s awarded Scope of Works include:
- Package M2: all MEP Services
- Package M3: all MEP Services
- Package M4: all works in the risers, ELV, Fire Life Safety, IT and DATA, AV and Security
SPECON was awarded a comprehensive Scope of Works for Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Testing and Commissioning (including LEED), for the following disciplines:
- HVAC Systems including Main Plant (Project wide, except for the base built of residential units)
- Electrical Systems including Main LV Plant (Project wide, except for the base built of residential units)
- Plumbing Including Main CWD, HWD, Heating Water Systems for the pools, and Drainage Systems (Project wide, except for the base built of residential units)
- Fire Fighting (Project wide)
- Fire Life Safety (FAS &CBS) (Project wide)
- Security Systems (CCTV, ACS, INTERCOM, S. Barriers) (Project wide)
- BMS (Project wide)
- Audio/Visual Systems (Project wide)
- IT/Data Network/Structural Cabling (Project wide)
- GRMS (Project wide)
- TETRA System (Project wide)
- Lighting Control System including integration with all other specialist stakeholders (Project wide)
- All other ELV Systems (Project wide)
- SNG System
Mr Grgurev continues:
“SPECON has successfully executed many prestigious projects over the recent years. Some notable examples are the Al Habtoor City Complex, a hospitality property of close to 2,000 keys across three hotels in Dubai; The unique Louvre Museum; The new Al Mafraq Hospital in Abu Dhabi; Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone and many other hospitality, medical, and education projects within the region.”
