Tower B is a residential building with 260 units. NAFFCO is executing the fire protection system for the entire development, which takes in both towers and a link bridge.
This high-profile job is being handled by a team of dedicated engineers and skilled labourers, supervised by a highly qualified project management team and a strong engineering support team. The current strength of the NAFFCO crew is around 200, with completion expected by mid-2020. The company is planning to deploy a workforce of 320 during the peak of the project, which is essential to hand over the job in time.

The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences
One of the biggest construction projects being undertaken in the UAE. NAFFCO has been engaged for this project for the fire protection system supply and installation.
The development has been designed with a sprinkler system for the entire complex, incorporating a fully fledged firefighting system. Moreover, FM 200 and foam systems are supporting the protection of special rooms.
NAFFCO has deployed approximately 200 highly skilled and experienced employees, including a team of supremely qualified engineers, who are well supported by a design team at the company’s head office.
This particular project is highly demanding when it comes to quality workmanship, progress, and safe working conditions. Maintaining the pace of the job in tight conditions has been a serious challenge, but NAFFCO’s systematic approach to every aspect of the project has given it the ability to move swiftly on with the speed of the civil works.
All stakeholders are professionals in their fields and every detail of the project is carried out with the highest level of precision. Of course, working on a large project with a number of different stakeholders is a big learning curve for any organisation. Nevertheless, the project is moving on as per the client’s requirements and schedule and is expected to be completed by mid-2020.
