With the endorsement of the World Green Building Council, EmiratesGBC quickly gained recognition and full membership in the World Green Building Council by September 2006. MENA Green Building Awards Now Open for Entries
The MENA Green Building Awards has launched its 13th annual cycle, accepting applications from 21 May to 15 July. This prestigious program recognizes excellence in sustainable building practices across the Middle East and North Africa region.
The awards celebrate outstanding work in 16 categories, honoring private and public sector entities, associations, consultants, and sustainability practitioners. Organized by the Emirates Green Building Council in partnership with nine regional Green Building Councils and endorsed by the World Green Building Council, the awards are open to all organizations and projects demonstrating green building excellence.
