The Children’s City of Dubai Municipality is launching a National Tree competition for children 6-12 years-of-age in order to introduce them to the Ghaff tree and the importance of preserving it in the local environment.
Children will be able to participate by making a 60-second video standing adjacent to a Ghaff tree and explaining how important the conservation of the tree is. The participant should publish the video on social networking sites and give the hashtag #my_national tree_children city. For terms and conditions, participants can visit www.childrecnity.ae. Entries will be received until 21st November 2019, and the winners will be presented with valuable prizes.
