These include all technical standards and clauses related to all parties’ obligations and responsibilities, clearly and precisely, to guide them when concluding contracts for private villa projects, as these contracts are indicative and not mandatory. The contracting parties have the right to amend it according to what is agreed upon between them.
These indicative contract forms are provided through the Municipality website www.dm.gov.ae, with the aim of enabling all parties to be guided by them when concluding contracts for private villa projects in order to achieve the public interest.
