A Remarkable Force in Construction
As the organisation has grown in size, so has its capability to deliver turnkey projects across the world, with Trojan able to execute 90% of the works through its own subsidiaries. Trojan has recently been awarded the Waters Edge project, Aldar Properties’ AED 1.35 billion development that will complement the upcoming, and much larger, South Yas development. Waters Edge will include 2,255 homes available for purchase, and Trojan has already begun its mobilisation, being fully committed to staying true to the milestones set in order to deliver the project by 2020 as promised to the client.
In addition, Trojan has another large residential project underway, the North Yas Acres Residential development, again for Aldar Properties. Together with Waters Edge, this is considered a flagship project for a number of reasons, not least its relevance to the development of Yas Island in particular, and the whole of Abu Dhabi in general. These two residential projects have cemented Trojan’s position as a major player for residential developments.
