Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai
Rising in the heart of Downtown Dubai, the Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai represents one of the city’s most anticipated ultra-luxury developments. The project marks the debut of the legendary French crystal brand Baccarat in the UAE hospitality and residential market.
Developed by Shamal Holding in partnership with H&H Development, the project features two striking crystal-inspired towers designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Studio Libeskind. The architectural concept draws inspiration from the brilliance and geometry of Baccarat crystal, translating the brand’s craftsmanship into a bold contemporary form on Dubai’s skyline. Interior design for the project is being delivered by the renowned London-based studio 1508 London.
The development will comprise a five-star hotel with approximately 144 guest rooms and suites, alongside a limited collection of Baccarat-branded residences. Residents and guests will enjoy sweeping views of Downtown Dubai and the nearby Burj Khalifa, complemented by a curated suite of amenities including fine dining venues, wellness facilities, and premium lifestyle services.

VELA and VELA Viento at Marasi Bay
Along the emerging waterfront district of Marasi Bay, ACC is also delivering two remarkable residential towers, VELA and VELA Viento for luxury developer OMNIYAT. Positioned along the Dubai Water Canal, the projects form part of OMNIYAT’s long-term vision to transform Marasi Bay into one of the city’s most prestigious lifestyle destinations.
The architectural design has been conceived by globally renowned firm Foster + Partners, while interiors are being crafted by the Paris-based design studio Gilles & Boissier. Together, the teams are creating a refined residential concept that blends waterfront living with contemporary architectural expression.
VELA will feature a collection of expansive residences and penthouses designed to maximize views of the Dubai skyline and canal. Among its standout features is the dramatic “Sky Palace,” a three-level penthouse offering a rare level of exclusivity in the city’s luxury property market.

Its sister tower, VELA Viento, introduces a series of striking architectural elements, including duplex residences connected by dramatic “hanging” dining rooms suspended between tower structures. A signature Sky Amenities Deck, positioned more than 100 meters above ground, will offer residents panoramic views alongside a curated range of wellness and lifestyle facilities.
Adding another layer of prestige, both developments will be serviced by the Dorchester Collection, bringing world-class hospitality management and concierge services to the residential experience.
