In the Riyadh Sports Boulevard, a sprawling 135 km linear urban park, Carter Hones Associates provided critical program and stakeholder coordination, managed multidisciplinary consultant teams, and shaped commercial frameworks to ensure seamless delivery. Our Riyadh-based team bridged international and local partners to align timelines, utilities, and permissions while preserving the project’s design integrity – all integral to this pioneering public realm initiative.
Similarly, in a world-class theme park located in The Kingdom, Carter Hones Associates led design management and delivery for renowned international theme park designers. This immersive destination, featuring over 30 attractions including a landmark roller coaster, benefits from our expertise in coordinating creative stakeholders, programming complex attractions, and translating international-themed environments into buildable, regulatory-compliant realities.
These flagship developments are set against impressive market growth: the hospitality sector is forecast to nearly double from approximately $27 billion in 2025 to more than $54 billion by 2030, while the entertainment and leisure segment is anticipated to surge from around $2.8 billion to $4.6 billion over the same period.
