Masood Naseeb: The Elysian brand has been in the market since 2006. In all these years, we have navigated the highs and lows of Dubai’s real estate market, which gave us valuable insights into the industry. In 2014, Noman joined me as a partner, marking the start of a new chapter. The plan to get into developments has always been at the horizon and it’s finally time to get into developments with Dubai under the global spotlight for the lifestyle it can offer.

Noman Mahmood: We’ve also prioritized durable and eco-friendly materials, especially since Esmé Beach Residences is a seaside development. The materials we’ve chosen are designed to withstand high moisture levels and harsh climates.
