DIA Holding, an esteemed international construction management company, has embarked on a long-term strategic partnership with UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov, heralding a transformative chapter in the UAE’s thriving real estate landscape. Prices for one-bedroom apartments begin at AED1.7 million, establishing LuzOra as a competitive option within its prime island locale.
Construction commenced in October 2025, and the project is currently 10% complete, progressing steadily at the ground floor level. Handover is scheduled for August 2027. The development is being executed by main contractor Al Tamayouz LLC, with Urban Habitat serving as the project consultant.
