Dubai Municipality organised 30 virtual remote forums during 2020, which witnessed the attendance of nearly 1000 customers of all nationalities.
These forums were organszed within the framework of the Municipality’s commitment to continuous communication with its customers and monitoring their suggestions, needs and observations in order to develop the Municipality’s services in various fields.
Manal Bin Yaaroof, Director of Customers and Partners Relations Department, said: “We have been keen during this year to continue organising these forums using smart means to preserve the safety of customers, given the exceptional circumstances that the world is witnessing, which confirms the efficiency and keenness of Dubai Municipality to involve the community in its efforts to promote sustainable development in various circumstances, and harness the latest technologies and programs to ensure effective and continuous communication with customers.”
