Dubai Municipality has won the Dubai Human Development Award (DHDA) in the Silver Category. Sheikh Mansour Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum gave away the award to Dawoud Al Hajri, Director General of Dubai Municipality during the DHDA award distribution ceremony held at the Arena Hall, Madinat Jumeirah.
Dubai Municipality participated in the awards as part of its keenness to enhance its strategic plans to achieve the principles of competitiveness and be a part of supporting the Emirate’s human development plans.
“We reach our achievements, goals and successes by adopting an approach by following the directives of our wise government. We always seek to implement strategies that support development, innovation and initiatives that enhance the leadership position of the Municipality in the field of human development,” said Al Hajri.
“It is important to constantly highlight the importance of developing the skills of our cadres to reach the highest standards in all areas of work, which is reflected in enhancing the quality of services offered to the community and providing the best in a sustainable manner,” he added.
